Trainee Solicitor
Olivia is a trainee solicitor in the residential and rural property team, based in the Exeter office.
Olivia's first seat was in the commercial and IP team, assisting on various commercial matters.
Olivia joined Ashfords in 2021 as a paralegal in the plot sales team within real estate assisting with the sales of plots for both national and regional housing developers and housing associations. Olivia dealt with plot sales from initial instruction through to completion.
Prior to starting at Ashfords, Olivia studied Law as an Undergraduate at Bournemouth University and is currently undertaking the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship (SQE 1 & 2) part time.
