Biography
Olivia is an associate in the real estate team, specialising in all aspects of commercial property transactions. She advises on SIPP/SSAS schemes, commercial property acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance and landlord and tenant matters. Olivia has particular experience in acting for clients within the retail sector.
Olivia regularly advises on complex property matters, and is particularly skilled in identifying practical solutions to overcome issues, often on time-sensitive transactions.
Relevant experience
- Global luxury retailer: Acting on an Agreement for Lease at a retail village and on the leasehold acquisitions of two new stores in Manchester and Canary Wharf.
- National banks and other secured lenders: Advising a number of national banks and other secured lenders on all property aspects of secured lending transactions including financing, refinancing and acquisition finance. Olivia recently acted for a national bank on a new loan facility of £3m in connection with an industrial warehouse purchase.
- Public sector and government clients: Acting for various public sector and government clients in connection with acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
