Oliver Clarkson

Biography

Oliver is a trainee solicitor in the employment team in our Bristol office.

Oliver assists senior team members with representing both claimants and respondents at Employment Tribunals, as well as providing general advice on employment contracts.

Oliver previously worked as a Clinical Negligence Paralegal at Barcan+Kirby LLP, assisting with all aspects of Claimant focused clinical negligence work, including triaging new enquiries, drafting particulars of claim under the supervision of senior members of staff, and preparing for inquests. Before this, he worked as a Commercial Property Paralegal at the same firm, primarily working on the buying and selling of business properties, as well as drafting and advising on commercial leases for both Landlords and Tenants.

Oliver studied an Ancient History BA at Cardiff University, receiving a First Class Honours degree, before undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law. He then undertook the LPC LLM part time whilst working as a Paralegal.
