Trainee Solicitor
Mike is a trainee solicitor in the commercial disputes team in the Exeter office.
Mike previously worked with the property disputes team, and the planning & infrastructure consenting team, assisting on matters including housing disrepair, landlord and tenant disputes, s106 obligations, planning appeals, and compulsory purchase. His third seat was with the intellectual property team, where he assisted with a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters, including portfolio management and trade mark disputes.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Mike worked as a paralegal at a top five city law firm, where he assisted in contentious international construction matters whilst reading for an LLM in Intellectual Property Law.
