Mark is a Partner in the Real Estate Team.
He undertakes a wide range of commercial real estate work with particular emphasis on development work.
Mark primarily acts for developers and investors on acquisitions and disposals often involving complex multi-party arrangements.
Relevant experience
- Developer: Acting on the acquisition of multiple office buildings for residential development.
- Developer: Acting for developer on site assembly, subsequent development agreements and disposals (including pre-lets) of convenience stores.
- Landowners and developers: Acting for landowners and developers (including housing associations) on conditional contracts and option agreements for the acquisition and disposal of development sites.
- Developers and landowners: Advising both developers and landowners on numerous large scale solar farm developments from the initial preparation of pro-forma documentation for acquisitions through to disposal.
