Solicitor
Luke is a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team, advising clients on a range of commercial disputes from pre-action through to trial and enforcement. Luke also has experience of resolving disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Before qualifying into the Commercial Litigation team, Luke undertook seats in our Construction & Infrastructure and Restructuring & Insolvency departments. He also completed a secondment to the legal team at a FTSE 250 utility company where he assisted with a range of litigation and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Luke spent a number of years working as a paralegal in the Commercial Disputes & Regulatory Team at an international law firm, primarily advising clients in the financial services, retail and energy sectors. Luke studied Law at the University of Bristol before completing the LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Exeter.
