Biography

Lucie is an associate in the property disputes team with experience across a broad range of contentious property matters. She has experience in both commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, and she regularly advises social housing providers, councils and private landlords.

Lucie’s work includes housing disrepair claims, possession proceedings, injunction applications, and commercial landlord and tenant issues such as advice on break notices and forfeiture. She also advises on compliance with the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, including preparing revised tenancy agreements for housing providers.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Lucie studied Theology and Religion at Cardiff University and completed her legal training with seats in residential property, commercial property and competition law. She joined Ashfords as a Solicitor in 2023.

Lucie is an active member of the Property Litigation Association, regularly attending training sessions and sector events to stay at the forefront of developments in property law.
