Biography
Lisa is a senior associate and knowledge lawyer within the employment team. As a knowledge lawyer, Lisa's key role is to analyse key developments in employment law and support colleagues in the team by the provision of technical and practical guidance.
Lisa has extensive expertise as an employment lawyer acting for employees and both public and private sector employers on all areas of employment law and HR related matters, including providing strategic advice on navigating highly complex grievance and disciplinary procedures, on discrimination related matters and on employment status.
Lisa is also highly experienced in conducting workplace investigations across a variety of sectors. She has led large scale, sensitive and complex investigations, delivering detailed and clear findings as well as making recommendations on internal practices and procedures that directly inform senior leaders.
Lisa has worked for a range of leading legal organisations operating nationally, including a number of years as a senior lawyer at a leading legal services company specialising in claimant work. In more recent years she has operated as an expert employment law consultant and specialist working with major legal firms across the UK delivering support and advice to the UK's private and public organisations. This has included working with and advising CEOs and senior leaders on important employment law matters and providing advice and direction on employment policies and procedures. As such she is recognised as a trusted and leading expert in her field.
Lisa is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
