Biography
Lisa is a senior associate and knowledge lawyer within the employment team. In her role, she analyses key developments in employment law and provides colleagues with practical, technical guidance to support the delivery of high-quality advice to clients.
Lisa has extensive experience advising employees and public and private sector employers on a broad range of employment law and HR matters. Her expertise includes strategic advice on complex grievance and disciplinary procedures, discrimination, employment status, and the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures.
She is also highly experienced in conducting workplace investigations across a variety of sectors. Lisa has led large-scale, sensitive and complex investigations, delivering clear, detailed findings and practical recommendations that have directly informed senior leadership decisions and improvements to internal practices.
Lisa has worked with a range of leading legal organisations operating nationally, including several years as a senior lawyer at a legal services company specialising in claimant work. More recently, she has worked as an employment law consultant and specialist, supporting major law firms and advising organisations across the UK. Her work has included providing strategic advice to CEOs and senior leaders on complex employment matters, workplace issues, and HR policies and procedures. She is recognised as a trusted and leading expert in her field.
