Biography
Lily is a trainee solicitor within the property disputes team, after she successfully completed her vacation scheme with Ashfords in 2024.
Prior to beginning her training contract, Lily was a commercial real estate paralegal in London. Whilst working in real estate, Lily gained experience working for a variety of clients including lenders, receivers, landlords and tenants. Lily worked on matters such as the acquisition and sales of commercial and residential properties, refinancing of commercial properties, plot sales and the grant or assignment of commercial leases. Lily has further assisted on the sale of residential properties in receivership.
Before working at Ashfords, Lily attended the University of Warwick where she obtained a First Class Honours in Law.
