Solicitor
Lauren is a solicitor in the corporate team.
Lauren provides support to the team on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and venture capital transactions.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Lauren paralegalled and trained at a UK top 100 law firm alongside her legal studies, qualifying into the Corporate team.
Lauren completed her Graduate LLB (achieving a first class honours) and LPC with LLM at the University of Law.
