Ashfords has recently advised Enxoo, a Polish systems integrator for Salesforce - a cloud-based customer relationship management platform - on its acquisition of CloudJungle, a Salesforce consultancy based in Liverpool. This acquisition grows Enxoo’s UK and Ireland footprint and enhances its delivery of cloud innovation, Salesforce services, and end‑to‑end consulting services across the region.
Enxoo is a Salesforce systems integrator that specialises in digital transformation. As a Salesforce systems integrator, Enxoo helps organisations modernise and streamline their operations by implementing and optimising Salesforce technologies across sales, service, marketing, and industry‑specific clouds. With deep expertise in the communications and digital infrastructure sectors, Enxoo delivers scalable automation, data orchestration, and integration solutions that support efficient, predictable, and customer‑centric operations.
Partner Sam Brown and solicitor Lauren Hickey, part of Ashfords' corporate team, led on advising Enxoo through the UK aspects of the transaction, including negotiating and finalising the sale and purchase agreement. Acting for a Polish buyer acquiring a UK‑based Salesforce consultancy, the team ensured that all cross‑border legal, structural and regulatory considerations were fully addressed, coordinating closely with Enxoo’s Polish advisers to align the UK deal mechanics with the wider transaction structure. The transaction was also supported by tax specialist John Pindard, who advised on the UK tax implications of the acquisition.
The acquisition strengthens Enxoo’s goal of becoming a Salesforce managed partner in the UK and Ireland, enhancing its work with Salesforce’s local teams and supporting joint market‑facing initiatives. It also opens the door to new cross-border partnerships, expanded career pathways, job growth, and shared development opportunities for both organisations.
