Laura has considerable experience working with a broad range of clients in a variety of sectors advising on corporate transactions and other related company law matters.
Prior to joining Ashfords Laura worked at a corporate and commercial law firm based in Bristol, working with businesses of all sizes, in particular entrepreneurial businesses.
Laura is recognised as a rising star in the corporate and commercial sector in Bristol by the Legal 500.
