Biography

As a Talent Attraction Assistant in our HR team, Kitty supports recruitment across business and legal support roles. She works closely with hiring managers to shape recruitment needs and provide a positive, well‑coordinated experience for candidates.

She leads the firm’s work experience programmes and supports apprenticeship recruitment as part of its social mobility initiatives.

Kitty began her recruitment career in 2023 as an education recruitment consultant, before moving into the aviation sector where she worked across a diverse range of roles, including engineering, operations and commercial positions.

She joined the firm in 2025 and has since gained further experience recruiting across sectors such as conveyancing, IT, HR, marketing and more.
