Kathryn is a solicitor in the corporate team.
Kathryn has experience advising on corporate structures, joint ventures and M&A in the renewable energy market. Having qualified in-house, Kathryn worked on funding arrangements, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts for a UK renewables developer. Prior to this she was a paralegal in real estate at a top 50 firm.
