Conveyancing Executive
Kate is a Conveyancing Executive in the Residential and Rural Property Conveyancing Team. She has worked in the department since 2018. She is currently undertaking her CILEX Professional Qualification with the aim of becoming a CILEX Lawyer.
Kate assists private clients with rural property transactions, such as the sale and purchase of agricultural property, auction in lots and unregistered land.
Kate also works on elements of residential matters; assisting clients with first registrations, sales and purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, transfers of part, applications for adverse possession and other aspects of residential conveyancing.
