Chartered Legal Executive
Karen is a Chartered Legal Executive and qualified as a CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner in 2023. Karen is in the Residential & Rural Property team.
Karen advises private clients on residential matters, these include residential sales, purchases and new build properties (both freehold and leasehold). This work involves dealing with Banks, Buildings Societies, Estate Agents, and other Solicitors.
Karen has worked in property since 2010 and has previously worked for an international law firm and a UK Top 100 law firm, based in the Southwest, before joining Ashfords.
