Biography

Josh is a solicitor in the employment team, working across a wide array of cases.

Josh has experience working on contentious and non-contentious matters for a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to large companies and franchises and has experience assisting both claimants and respondents in bringing and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, including for unfair dismissal, claims under the Equality Act and whistleblowing.

Josh also provides advice and general HR support to clients on various areas of employment law, including contractual matters, grievance handling, disciplinary processes and investigation processes. 

Before qualifying as a Solicitor, Josh completed his training contract with Ashfords. Josh studied at the University of Plymouth where he obtained a first class degree in Law. He went on to complete his Legal Practitioners Course at the University of Law, Exeter.
