Trainee Solicitor
Jade is a Trainee Solicitor in the Disputed Wills and Trusts team.
Jade assists the team in advising private individuals in relation to matters arising out of contentious wills, trusts and estates in matters such as will validity disputes, undue influence, 1975 act claims and estate administration disputes.
This is Jade’s second seat, having previously spent 6 months in the Real Estate team. During her time in Real Estate, Jade supported the team on a variety of real estate transactions including freehold sales and purchases, site acquisition and development, as well as various energy transactions including solar developments and electrical substations.
Jade studied Biological Sciences at the University of Exeter; where she obtained a first-class degree. She then went on to achieve distinctions in both the GDL and LPC with the University of Law before beginning her Training Contract in September 2023.
