Biography

Jacob is a paralegal working in the real estate team, primarily supporting commercial property fee earners.

Jacob has gained experience in drafting legal documents and has regularly created Land Registry applications for registrations. Jacob regularly assists commercial landlord and tenant transactions as part of the wider real estate team. 

Jacob studied Law (LLB) at the University of Greenwich. During his time at university, Jacob produced multiple research papers, which included an award winning dissertation that focused on the rights of the public to access private land in the UK, drawing comparisons to other jurisdictions, and the effects of these rights on broader societal attitudes. This experience led to a greater appreciation for the rights and privileges enjoyed in the UK.

During his time at university, Jacob interned at several commercial law firms, building experience across several areas of Real Estate law. These experiences provided him with an understanding of s.106 agreements in Planning law, while creating reports on Biodiversity Net Gain projects in Environmental law and producing several Land registry applications within Commercial Property teams.
