Biography
Hannah Slater is a managing associate in the projects team.
Hannah has over 15 years’ experience of advising on a range of PFI and PPP infrastructure projects, particularly within the healthcare and education sectors. This includes providing operational and asset management advice to private sector investment companies. Hannah also has expertise of facilities management contracts including initial contract set up and providing advice during the operation of the contract and expiry.
Hannah is recognised in Legal 500 as a Leading Associate. She has also been ranked for 5 years in Chambers and Partners, currently as an Associate to Watch.
Relevant experience
Project SPV - Advising on various ongoing operational matters including variations to support the evolution of the PFI building.
Project SPV - Advising on documenting the outcome of the market test of a managed equipment service.
Project SPV - Advising on the replacement of its building service provider including the replacement building service contract.
Project SPV - Advising on a deed of indemnity in relation to works being undertaken by the public sector party on the PFI land.
Project SPV – Advising on the responsibility under the Project Agreement for any issues raised in surveys (such as defects) in relation to refurbished buildings.
