Biography
Frank is a solicitor in the commercial team advising on commercial contracts and projects, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Frank drafts and negotiates a wide range of commercial contracts, with particular experience in renewable energy projects, grid connection arrangements, infrastructure projects, and partnership matters.
Frank trained and qualified at Ashfords, gaining experience across the firm's commercial, corporate and real estate teams, as well as undertaking client secondments. Before qualifying, he worked in the firm’s construction team and holds an LLM in Law alongside the SQE.

Assisting the team advising Viridor Group on its vendor due diligence process in connection with the sale of a substantial minority stake in Viridor Group by affiliates of KKR to Equitix.
Advising longstanding client and renowned Michelin-starred chef, Michael Caines MBE DL, on a consultancy arrangement with luxury hotel brand, The Stafford Collection, for the provision of consultancy services by Michael Caines Limited.
Advising premium homeware and lifestyle brand, Nkuku, on a strategic concession arrangement for a new retail outlet in the north of England.
Advising LLPs and general partnerships on a broad range of governance, operational and succession matters, including the preparation and negotiation of partnership and LLP agreements, partner admissions and retirements, profit-sharing arrangements, business restructurings and the management of associated business and property assets.
Advising a client on a complex commercial agreement governing infrastructure cost-sharing, operational rights and long-term access arrangements in connection with the reinstatement of strategically important rail infrastructure.
