Biography
Emma is a trainee solicitor in the employment team in the Exeter office.
Within the employment team, Emma works on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, as well as UK immigration law matters.
Emma is currently in the third seat of her training contract. Her first seat was with the employment team and she has now returned to the team, following her seat in the residential and rural property team.
Before joining Ashfords, Emma studied the LLM (SQE 1&2) at the University of Law. Prior to this, Emma studied law at Exeter University, obtaining a first class degree with honours.
