Emma is a Trainee Solicitor in the Real Estate Team.
Emma supports the Real Estate team with a full range of real estate legal services for a varied client base. This includes commercial and private developers, investors and local authorities.
Prior to joining Ashfords Emma worked as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property Department for a regional law firm in Plymouth where she advised both corporate and private clients on a range of property transactions, particularly focusing on franchise expansion and property development.
Emma studied Law at Keele University and completed her LPC at BPP University in Bristol. As part of her degree Emma spent half a year at the University of Ottawa in Canada where she studied a range of Canadian Jurisprudence.
- Various clients: Assisting with the drafting of transactional documents including contracts, leases, transfers and applications to the Land Registry.
- Various clients: Assisting with the reporting on title and leases for numerous properties/sites within the commercial sector.
- Various clients: Assisting the Real Estate team with the completion of property transactions and post-completion matters.
