Associate
Emma is an Associate in the Corporate team. Emma advises on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder matters and corporate governance.
Emma trained and qualified at a boutique law firm in Bristol where she spent a number of years working in the corporate department advising on a number of share and business sales, predominantly in the veterinary sector. Emma studied for her LLB Law degree at the University of Surrey and LPC and The University of Law, Bristol.
