Trainee Solicitor
Eduard is a trainee solicitor in the corporate team, specialising in corporate transactions, corporate restructurings and corporate tax.
Eduard’s work consists of corporate acquisitions, company handovers and reorganisations. In terms of corporate tax, Eduard assists on enterprise investment schemes, seed enterprise investment schemes, enterprise management incentives options, stamp duty, stamp duty land tax, VAT and other tax aspects.
Eduard was previously in the Ashfords residential department for over 3 years providing assistance on conveyancing transactions, grants of leases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
Eduard has a 1st class law degree from the University of Law and has completed his Solicitors Qualifying Exams and Masters of Law post-graduate degree.
