Solicitor
Eduard is a solicitor in the tax team. Eduard supports the team on corporate & commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, private equity investments, reorganisations, S/EIS, share and option schemes, stamp duty, stamp duty land tax and VAT.
Eduard completed his training contract at Ashfords, spending 12 months in the corporate and tax team, and six months in the property disputes team assisting with a variety of contentious matters. Prior to his training contract Eduard worked in the Ashfords residential conveyancing department for a period of over three years as a conveyancing assistant.
Eduard has a 1st class Law degree (LLB), a distinction in the Master of Laws post-graduate degree (LLM), and has completed his Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE1&2)
