Biography
David is a paralegal in the real estate team, specialising in plot sales.
Having joined the team in 2026, David assists with the sale of plots from national and regional housing developers and housing associations. These include standard sales, first time buyer schemes and part exchange matters. David assists throughout matters from instruction to post completion.
Before working at Ashfords, David worked in Dispute Resolution, on property and commercial litigation and arbitration, for a London law firm.
David achieved a Legal practice course with masters in law business and management from the University of Law in 2022.
