Chartered Legal Executive
Courtney is a chartered legal executive in the real estate team, specialising in all aspects of commercial property transactions.
She has experience in landlord and tenant transactions, franchise work, real estate finance, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, and various transactions for SIPP/SSAS schemes.
Courtney joined Ashfords in 2022. Prior to joining Ashfords, she was head of a residential property department for a Bristol firm. She has experience in both freehold and leasehold residential transactions and different housing schemes such as shared ownership.
