Biography
Chris is a solicitor in the Real Estate Team.
Chris has worked on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and management matters.
He has acted for a broad range of clients such as international brands, institutional property investors, local authorities, high net worth individuals and off-shore funds.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Chris trained and worked at a leading West End firm for 8 years, during which time he also went on secondment to a global cloud communications provider.
Relevant experience
- Acting for an overseas investor in managing its existing real estate investments in a number of prime central London locations.
- Assisting on a £240m refinancing of 170 properties for a institutional property investor.
- Assisting on a £13.5m purchase of a multi-let retail site for a well known property investment group.
