Solicitor
Chloe is a solicitor in the projects team advising her public and private sector clients on the legal, commercial and operational challenges that arise throughout the life of major projects. Chloe has a particular focus on PFI and PPP projects.
Chloe has experience in advising a broad range of clients in connection with PPP/PFI projects in various sectors including healthcare, education and leisure. Chloe advises her clients from initial procurement of a contract through to ongoing asset management and eventually project expiry or handback.
Chloe joined Ashfords in May 2026 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2025. Chloe has a first class law degree and achieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bristol.
