Paralegal
Ben is a paralegal in the property disputes team, specialising in housing disrepair matters.
Ben primarily supports our solicitors who work with local councils and housing associations. In particular, relating to the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims (England).
Before joining Ashfords, Ben was a Graduate LLB student at the University of Exeter, where he served o society committees and volunteered for several initiatives, including the University of Exeter Pro Bono Legal Advice Clinic. Alongside his studies, Ben undertook work placements at high street law firms.
