Biography

Anna is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Plot Sales team, within the Real Estate team.

Anna joined the Plot Sales team in 2014 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022.

Anna deals with plot sales transactions for the firm’s developer clients, including national and regional developers as well as local and bespoke house builders.

Anna deals with transactions from initial instruction ensuring that each sale progresses promptly to exchange and through to completion.

Relevant experience

  • PLC and SME Developer Clients: dealing with freehold and leasehold disposals, together with part exchange purchases and resales.
  • Developer Clients: dealing with disposals under section 106 and local authority affordable schemes.
  • Developer Clients: dealing with a large scale projects including a consortium site with Duchy involvement and a JV partnership site.
