Senior Associate (FCILEx)
Anna is a Senior Associate (FCILEx) in the Real Estate Team acting on the sale of plots for both national and regional housebuilders, local developers and housing associations.
Anna deals with plot sales from initial instruction to completion, assists on estate set up and manages the team. Her expertise extends to equity sharing schemes, staircasing, part-exchange transactions, sale of affordable units to registered providers and discounted market sales.
