Associate
Amelia is an associate within the Court of Protection and Vulnerable Persons team, specialising in supporting clients and their loved ones with issues surrounding the loss of mental capacity.
She advises on applications to the Court of Protection, including the appointment of Deputies, replacement of trustees and sale of property applications. Amelia also deals with the administration of our professional Attorneyship and Deputyship appointments.
Amelia joined the firm in 2013 and during this time has worked within our trust administration and residential conveyancing teams and dealt with the preparation of Declarations of Trust in relation to jointly owned property.
Amelia graduated with a first class law degree with the Open University in 2016 and is a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
Amelia is a member of the Professional Deputies Forum.
