Alyssia Gould

Biography

Alyssia is a Paralegal in the Real Estate team.

Alyssia supports the team on a range of commercial property transactions including disposals, acquisitions and leases, acting for both landlords and tenants. This regularly involves preparing new and renewal leases, assignments, sale contracts, transfers, and reports on title. Alyssia also deals with the post-completion aspects of transactions by serving notices, drafting stamp duty land tax returns and registering interests at the Land Registry.

Before joining Ashfords, Alyssia worked as a legal assistant at TLT LLP where she advised a large registered charity on their acquisition of residential properties, which were then let out on assured shorthold tenancy agreements. She also worked with a local authority on the disposal of their housing stock under the Right to Buy scheme.
