Alan focuses on all aspects of UK and international brand protection and portfolio management, advising clients on trade mark filing strategies, availability searches, filing, prosecution, and enforcement. Alan has considerable experience managing large, multinational filing projects having previously worked with one of the UK's biggest retailers.
Alan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA).
