Adam Moursy

Biography

Adam is a paralegal in the trusts and estates team. His work primarily focuses on the administration of trusts, alongside a broad range of private client matters.

Prior to joining Ashfords, Adam worked in London for four years, developing litigation experience in arbitrations, commercial disputes and claimant-side competition class actions. He holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Exeter,  subsequently completed a Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Vocational Studies at The City Law School. Adam was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2025. Adam is also a member of the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn.

Relevant experience

  • Competition litigation: Part of the team acting in the UK Ad Tech Collective Action against Google, assisting in securing success at both the carriage and certification hearings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

  • International arbitration: Part of the case team representing a private equity firm in a high-value arbitration, contributing to a successful outcome following a final hearing at the International Dispute Resolution Centre.

  • Commercial disputes: Assisted on a range of high-value commercial disputes involving institutional investors, private equity firms, healthcare companies, investment funds and other corporate entities.

  • Insolvency and restructuring: Supported a variety of insolvency and restructuring matters.
