Trainee Solicitor
Abby is a trainee solicitor in the property litigation team, regularly working on contentious landlord and tenant matters, and in particular housing disrepair.
Abby spent the first six months of her training contract in the banking and finance team, assisting lenders and borrowers on general finance, corporate and acquisition finance, and real estate finance transactions.
Prior to starting her training contract, Abby worked in Ashfords’ trusts and estates department as a paralegal assisting in trust administration and attorneyship/deputyship administration.
Abby graduated from Kingston University in 2021 where she obtained a first-class Law degree. In 2023, she graduated from the University of Law where she completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) with Business Masters.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Abby worked as a paralegal in the litigation department at a local high street firm in Exeter.
