Burrington Estates New Homes has acquired a development site in Yetminster, Dorset, which has existing planning permission for 87 dwellings and homes.
John Saville, Associate at national law firm Ashfords, led the team advising Burrington on the acquisition of the seven-acre site. John commented: "This is an exciting time for Burrington Estates with the acquisition of this idyllic piece of land at Yetminster, and we are delighted to have advised on this excellent opportunity for further residential growth within Dorset."
The site was marketed by Greenslade Taylor Hunt, and the Land Value Alliances worked with the parish council to secure the outline planning permission.
