Ashfords regulatory team is pleased to invite you to an engaging and interactive regulatory breach mock trial on Thursday 17 September at our Exeter office.

Based on a Health and Safety Executive prosecution of a company and senior individual following a fatal fall from height, this session is designed for organisations seeking to enhance their understanding of how the enforcement of health and safety breaches plays out in the criminal courts.

The event will be of particular interest to directors, senior leaders, health and safety professionals, risk managers, and others with responsibility for regulatory compliance or incident response.
