Join us at our Bristol office on Wednesday 12 November for an insightful seminar on key issues and trends relating to dilapidations. Hosted by our property disputes team with guest speaker Michael Clements of Jones Hargreaves, the key speakers will explore the following topics:

Top tips for preparing and serving a dilapidations claim – Vanessa Kibble
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and their impact on dilapidations – Michael Clements
Dilapidations – case law round up and practical tips – Warren Reid

We will then open the floor for any questions, followed by networking and light refreshments.
