Ashfords Connect: XYBC festive ball 2025

Join us for our annual XYBC festive celebration. This year's event will be hosted at the Rougemont hotel, and we hope you will join us to mark the beginning of the festive season.

Indulge in a delightful two-course festive menu while enjoying an array of fantastic entertainment, including a photobooth, after dinner disco and our renowned festive raffle.

Event details:

Time: Arrival drinks 6.30pm, dinner to be served from 7pm. Event to conclude by 11pm
Venue: The Rougemont Hotel, Queen Street, Exeter, EX4 3SP
Tickets: £30 + VAT per person
Menu: 2 course festive menu, welcome glass of prosecco and table wine
Essential information: Payment is required upon booking. Once you have accepted the invite a payment link will be sent via email
