Ashfords has successfully acted for Wain Homes on the acquisition of a 9.6 acre site, to deliver Wain Homes’ Otters Reach development, a development of 80 energy-efficient homes.
The development in Yelland, North Devon will feature a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom homes. Construction is underway, with the first homes set to launch in spring 2025.
