Ashfords Connect: next generation networking

Ashfords Connect is our next generation networking group, connecting future generations of business leaders and professionals in local communities. We have established groups in Exeter, Bristol and Plymouth and hold regular events in each city. 

Our events are designed for emerging leaders and professionals, from executives to junior manager roles. Most of our attendees are usually in the first six years of their careers after qualification. We invite you to join us at one of our events to connect and share with colleagues, helping to expand our network together.

Our well-established XYBC group is our Exeter based networking group, and has been running since 2002. Both our Connect Bristol and Connect Plymouth groups were launched in 2024 and already boast an extensive network of professionals.

The groups host a wide range of events including thought provoking talks, lunch and learns, along with more social and creative events such as crafting, painting or even go-karting. We aim to host a wide range of events to suit all and typically have 4-6 in each city per year.
