Update: 2/3/2018 at 8:30
We have taken the decision to close our Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton and Tiverton Offices on safety grounds and with advice from local authorities.
In Bristol and London our offices remain open, and we will continue to assess the situation, but the majority of our teams are working remotely unless able to get into the offices safely.
We are operating and dealing with business matters, albeit on a reduced capacity and remote working basis, so please continue to contact us as normal.
Update: 1/3/2018 at 17:00
With the weather warnings continuing into tomorrow, together with continued school closures, safety remains a key priority. We will keep our offices open where possible, for those who are able to get in without risk, and increased remote access via VPN will enable the majority of our teams to work remotely.
We will continue to assess whether the local conditions may require an office closure and if so, we will ensure the message is communicated on our website and via social media and our intranet (Dashboard).
Update: 1/3/2018 at 13:00
Whilst our offices will remain open where possible, as the risk level has now been raised to red and conditions are worsening our priority is safety.
It remains business as usual, with client matters being coordinated through our Department Heads but with the majority of our teams working remotely the best way to get in contact with us is via email.
Our IT team have increased the number of remote access points available so that people are able to head home to ensure they keep safe. We will continue to keep our teams updated by text, social media, email, and posts on our intranet (Dashboard).
With regards to tomorrow, we will continue to monitor the situation closely so please keep an eye on our website and social media.
