James is a partner in the real estate team specialising in residential and commercial development.
James predominantly acts for SME's and high net worth individuals on site acquisitions and disposals across all aspects of development. This includes site funding solutions and working with clients at an early stage of exit strategies.
James previously worked in one of the largest legal development teams in the country. Some of his client relationships are very long standing and clients appreciate his clear advice and commercial approach.
James is a member of the Law Society.
