Biography
Harriett is a Solicitor in the Property Disputes team.
Having worked in the Real Estate team as a Paralegal for 2.5 years prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Harriett has an in-depth knowledge of a variety of property transactions. She now assists the Property Litigation team with a range of contentious matters, such as:
- Commercial Landlord & Tenant disputes including: Forfeiture; 1954 Act proceedings; service of dilapidations; general commercial lease advice; recovery of rent arrears.
- Drafting court proceedings including Court applications for interim orders; applications for relief and issuing Court proceedings.
- Real Property disputes including: boundary disputes; nuisance claims; drainage and other easement issues and interpretation of property documents.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Harriett studied law at Cardiff University.
