Frances is a senior associate in the Residential & Rural Property Conveyancing team.
Frances qualified in 2001 and has developed her expertise in agricultural and higher value property transactions over the past 20 years, specialising in rural property transactions.
Frances advises on sales and purchases of agricultural land and farms. Frances also has considerable experience dealing with high value residential sales and purchases to include large country homes and estates.
Frances is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and the Somerset Centre of Management in Agriculture.
