Solicitor
Ellie is a solicitor in the corporate team.
Ellie assists with a range of corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and shareholder matters.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Ellie trained and qualified at a regional firm in Bristol. Ellie studied for her LLB law degree and LPC at Nottingham Trent University.
Alongside practising law, Ellie sits as an Independent Disciplinary Panel Member for the Football Association for serious charges of misconduct brought against football players, coaches and clubs in grassroots football, including allegations of assault and discriminatory abuse.
