This is a good article about a scheme which showcases what can be done in the housing industry to (i) reduce carbon emissions and drive the green agenda (ii) build homes in a way that creates a community. It will be interesting to see if these sorts of schemes can gain traction and start form part of the mainstream housing supply over the next decades.
